HOW DOES THE BILLING WORK AGAIN?
Billing is a 2-step process. You order and pay for your products with your credit card on this website. AFTER we produce and ship your entire order, we will email you an invoice for all shipping costs. You can pay then pay the shipping charges by credit card, as well. Instructions will be on the shipping invoice. There is a Monro-approved 3% credit card fee on all invoices.
WHAT PRODUCT CHANGES CAN I MAKE?
Monro has approved all artwork as is. However, you can customize many products by brand, date, hours and event location. You may also request hiring items that you do not see listed on this website. We will let you know if they exist elsewhere at Monro, and if not, we will seek permission to include your ideas on this website.
HOW FAST CAN I GET MY ORDER?
Each product on the website has an approximate production time listed. Standard shipping time is in addition to production; most paper goods are a 1 to 2-day ship. Signage shipments arrive in 1-5 days post-production. Please use the yellow chat button, the email at the bottom of this page, fill out a request form on the Support Tab, or call Ken at 800-932-7746 for specific questions about rush projects. In most cases, we will find an option that eliminates your heartburn and gets your event back on track. You will also be notified when to expect your packages and what carrier will deliver them.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
You can absolutely have your order shipped to different locations, including your home, one store location, or many store locations. Again, we will provide you with a shipping schedule and delivery reminders.
What is your return policy?
We produce only quality custom products, so we have never had a return for a quality issue. Should Web Graphics, Inc. ever make a mistake on customization or in fulfilling your order, we will rush you a replacement free of charge, or credit your project accordingly.
